SparkScribe

Exam prep

Know what to study before your exam.

Add the exam date and topics to a course. SparkScribe counts down and lists what to do next from your own lectures in that course, nothing invented.

Free plan: 30 minutes of transcription a month, no card needed. Your audio stays on your device.

How it works

  1. Group lectures into a courseSave your lectures and put them in a course, like “Biology 201”.
  2. Add the examEnter the exam date and, if you know them, the topics it covers.
  3. Follow the planYour home page shows the countdown and the next steps, with a daily pace that keeps the last day free.

What you get

A plan from your own work

Lectures with no study material yet, questions you missed, flashcards that are due and quizzes you haven’t taken, in that order.

Topics checked against your lectures

For each topic you list, see which lectures in the course mention it, so you can spot one you haven’t recorded or reviewed.

Practice that targets your mistakes

Retake missed questions on any plan. Bolt and Thunder add Focused Review: practice on the concepts behind the questions you missed.

Across your whole course

Thunder answers one question from up to 12 lectures and builds one study guide from up to 10, with each point linked to where it was taught.

Questions

Does SparkScribe predict my grade or readiness?

No. It shows facts from your own records (what’s done, what’s missed, what’s due) and leaves the judgment to you.

Where does the plan come from?

Only from your lectures in that course and what you’ve done with them: study material, quiz results and flashcard ratings.

What if a topic isn’t found?

It may be worded differently in the lecture, or in a lecture you haven’t added to the course. The plan tells you, instead of guessing.
